Términos y condiciones
1. Acuerdo
Al usar GasRadar (web, app o bot de Telegram) aceptas estos términos, la Política de privacidad y las Reglas. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el servicio.
2. El servicio
GasRadar muestra precios de referencia de gasolina en Estados Unidos a partir de un ZIP o GPS. Los precios pueden venir de reportes de usuarios, promedios oficiales (AAA / EIA) y fuentes de terceros (incluido un scraper de referencia). No es el precio de bomba garantizado: confirma en la estación.
3. Uso permitido
- Usa GasRadar para comparar y ahorrar.
- No abuses de la API, no hagas scraping masivo ni ataques.
- No publiques precios inventados a propósito.
- Podemos limitar o bloquear IPs que saturen el servicio.
4. Reportes de la comunidad
Si reportas un precio, debe ser el que viste en la bomba. Los reportes se guardan para ayudar a otros. No pedimos tu nombre para reportar.
5. Alertas y bot
El bot de Telegram y las alertas son una ayuda. Pueden fallar, llegar tarde o no enviarse. No somos responsables si te perdiste un precio.
6. Sin garantía
GasRadar se ofrece “tal cual”. No garantizamos disponibilidad continua ni que un precio coincida al segundo con la bomba. Apple Maps y Google Maps, si abres “Cómo llegar”, tienen sus propias condiciones.
7. Cambios
Podemos actualizar estos términos. La fecha de arriba cambia cuando lo hagamos. Seguir usando GasRadar implica aceptar el cambio.
8. Contenido de usuarios
Si reportas un precio u otro contenido, nos das permiso no exclusivo para mostrarlo en GasRadar (web, app y redes). Sigues siendo responsable de lo que envías. No subas material de terceros sin derecho. Podemos quitar contenido y bloquear a quien reincida.
9. Copyright / DMCA
Si crees que algo en GasRadar infringe tu copyright, envía un aviso al agente designado DMCA. Con un aviso válido retiramos el material con prontitud. Los reincidentes pueden perder el acceso.
10. Límite de responsabilidad
GasRadar es una guía de referencia. No somos responsables de un precio distinto en la bomba, de un desvío, de un tanque llenado de más o de menos, ni de daños indirectos, lucro cesante o pérdida de datos. En la medida que permita la ley, la responsabilidad total de GasRadar LLC por cualquier reclamo relacionado con el servicio no supera los 100 USD o lo que hayas pagado a GasRadar en los 12 meses anteriores (hoy el servicio es gratis).
11. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Colorado, EE.UU., sin tener en cuenta normas de conflicto de leyes. Reclamos que no vayan a arbitraje se presentan en los tribunales estatales o federales del Condado de El Paso, Colorado.
12. Arbitraje y renuncia a demandas colectivas
Cualquier disputa relacionada con estos términos o con GasRadar se resolverá por arbitraje individual vinculante ante la American Arbitration Association (AAA), no en un juicio con jurado, salvo que puedas ir a un tribunal de menor cuantía (small claims) si calificas. Tú y GasRadar LLC renuncian a demandas colectivas, de grupo o representativas. El arbitraje se administra con las reglas de la AAA. Si una parte de esta cláusula no es válida, el resto sigue vigente.

1. Agreement
By using GasRadar (web, app, or Telegram bot) you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Rules. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2. The service
GasRadar shows US gas price references from a ZIP or GPS. Prices may come from user reports, official averages (AAA / EIA), and third-party sources (including a reference scraper). This is not a guaranteed pump price — confirm at the station.
3. Allowed use
- Use GasRadar to compare and save.
- Don’t abuse the API, mass-scrape, or attack the service.
- Don’t post fake prices on purpose.
- We may rate-limit or block IPs that overload the service.
4. Community reports
If you report a price, it must be what you saw at the pump. Reports are stored to help others. We don’t ask for your name to report.
5. Alerts and bot
The Telegram bot and alerts are a helper. They can fail, arrive late, or not send. We’re not responsible if you missed a price.
6. No warranty
GasRadar is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uptime or that a price matches the pump to the second. Apple Maps and Google Maps, if you open Directions, have their own terms.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use means you accept the update.
8. User content
If you report a price or submit other content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to show it on GasRadar (web, app, and social). You remain responsible for what you submit. Do not upload third-party material you don’t have rights to. We may remove content and block repeat infringers.
9. Copyright / DMCA
If you believe something on GasRadar infringes your copyright, send a notice to our DMCA designated agent. We will remove material promptly after a valid notice. Repeat infringers may lose access.
10. Limitation of liability
GasRadar is a reference guide. We are not liable for a different pump price, a detour, over- or under-filling a tank, or for indirect damages, lost profits, or lost data. To the extent allowed by law, GasRadar LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at USD 100 or the amount you paid GasRadar in the prior 12 months (the service is currently free).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Claims that are not arbitrated must be brought in state or federal courts in El Paso County, Colorado.
12. Arbitration and class-action waiver
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or GasRadar will be resolved by binding individual arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (AAA), not in a jury trial, except that you may use small-claims court if you qualify. You and GasRadar LLC waive class, collective, and representative actions. Arbitration is administered under the AAA rules. If part of this clause is invalid, the rest still applies.
